ESCAPE BY DISCOVER CARD REVIEW
Escape by Discover Card - Business Credit Card
(Which Way To Pay - 11/5/2011)
The Escape by Discover Card offers you a 0% APR on purchases and balance transfers for the first 6 months. After this the APR for purchases will increase to 10.99% - 16.99% variable depending on your personal credit history. For the first 25 months when you make purchases you will receive 1,000 bonus miles per month, which will give you 25,000 bonus miles after the 25 month period. You will also receive 2 miles per $1 you spend on purchases and there is absolutely no limit as to when you have to use your miles by because they will never expire. One great feature is that there is no restriction on the airline you fly, the hotel you book or the car you use. There are also many enhanced travel benefits such as trip cancellation insurance and travel delay insurance, unrestricted travel, and unlimited double miles.

Although it is a very advantageous card it is worth noting that the annual fee is $60 to get the card and although the first 6 months is very reasonable for APR, after the 6 months are up it will increase to a rate of APR between 10.99% and 16.99% variable. There is also a late payment fee attached to the card of $19 for balances up to $250 and $39 on balances over $250. Please also consider the balance transfer fee of 3% when choosing this card.
